Refund policy
This policy applies to purchases made at Maxynn (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1) Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- New, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
- In the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label
No exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size/color, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
2) Return window (US orders only)
Returns are currently available for orders shipped to US customers only.
For eligible US orders:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking marked “delivered”).
- After approval, items must be shipped back within 7 days of your return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
- If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins when the final package is delivered.
3) Final sale / non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Beauty
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Open-pack wholesale orders
We may also label select items as Final Sale on the product page (for example, clearance/discounted items). Final Sale items are not returnable.
4) Return shipping & original shipping fees
- Original shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or the item arrived damaged/defective.
5) Returns that don’t meet requirements
Returns that don’t meet the eligibility requirements or timelines may be:
- Subject to a 20% restocking fee, or
- Declined and sent back.
6) Damaged/defective/wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If confirmed, we will provide resolution and instructions. You will not be charged return shipping for verified errors/damage.
7) How to start a return
Email hello@maxynn.com with:
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for return
Do not send items back without approval; unapproved returns may be refused.
8) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
9) Policy changes
We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated effective date.
